Welcome to BusBooker.ie! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including the booking of transportation, use of our website, and any other services we provide. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings and Reservations
1.1 Making a Booking
You can reserve a bus through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Your booking will be considered confirmed once we receive payment or a deposit and issue a booking confirmation.
1.2 Confirmation of Booking
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you an email with the details. This confirmation forms an agreement between you and BusBooker.ie for the services described.
1.3 Changes to Bookings and Cancellations
Any changes to your reservation must be made in writing. Cancellation charges may apply, depending on how close the cancellation is to the scheduled service.
- Cancellations made 2 days prior to the service: 50 % refund of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made within 1 day: No refund
1.4 Late Payments
Full payment must be received by the specified due date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the reservation, with applicable cancellation fees.
2. Payment and Pricing
2.1 Pricing
The cost of our services will depend on factors such as vehicle type, distance, duration, and any additional requirements. All prices will be provided upfront, and any additional charges, such as taxes, tolls, or surcharges, will be communicated as applicable.
2.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. The full payment is due prior to the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2.3 Extra Charges
If any extra costs are incurred, such as for tolls, parking, or extra time beyond the booked period, these will be charged to you at the end of the journey.
3. Use of Our Services
3.1 Passenger Conduct
All passengers must behave appropriately during the journey. Smoking, consuming alcohol (unless previously arranged), and using illegal substances are strictly prohibited on our vehicles.
3.2 Delays and Alterations
While we strive to maintain punctuality, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors like traffic, weather, or road closures. In such cases, BusBooker.ie reserves the right to adjust the schedule if necessary.
3.3 Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your belongings during the trip. We are not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the journey.
4. Vehicle Quality and Safety
4.1 Vehicle Condition
We ensure that all our vehicles are regularly maintained to meet safety and comfort standards. However, vehicle specifications, including seating configuration and amenities, may vary.
4.2 Accessibility
If you or any member of your group requires special assistance, please inform us at the time of booking so we can arrange for suitable accommodations.
5. Liability and Limitations
5.1 Liability Restrictions
BusBooker.ie is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid for the booked service.
5.2 Force Majeure
We cannot be held accountable for delays or cancellations resulting from events beyond our control, such as severe weather, road closures, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1 Personal Data
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in compliance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland for legal proceedings.
